Our obsession with the perfect pastry began during a trip to Paris, where we fell in love with the art of lamination. Determined to recreate that authentic experience here, we craft these croissants and pains au chocolat using locally milled flour and rich European-style butter. The result is a shatteringly flaky crust and a tender, buttery interior that transports you straight to a French boulangerie. We hope you enjoy!
Available on weekends only in packs of 6. Select from pairs of regular butter croissants or pains au chocolat (added cost).
These are best enjoyed the same day you pick them up. For longer term storage, you may place them in a zip-top bag to freeze. You can reheat them directly from frozen in a 425°F oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
